Beep test was cancelled today but do know why so we did gym instead. Today gym was the worst ever because we did about 7 to 12 different core exercises at one shot without stopping but obviously we did stop in between because it was too much to bear. After that it was medicine ball and we did some exercise with it and it was the end for the day.
